What are Qualifier points?
My Guild has over a billion of them so I was wondering . . .

I think your looking at the wrong window, i don't think anyone has any qualifier points yet.

In any case,qualifier points is what will be needed in AT ( automated tournaments) you will gain points for daily tournaments and you will need a certain amount to participate in the monthly tournaments.

you have to wait to get Qualifier Points.

Bug.
Qualifer points are not released till AT starts. Post this to anet to ask for a change or wait for an update.
I do not think that you are the only guild that has this bug.
